For children, birthdays are one of the most anticipated days of the year – a day of fanfare with family and friends that is all about them. As Phoenix Children’s Hospital turns 30 this year, I’m honored to work with an organization that has given more birthdays to its patients, and offered their parents the hope that what they desire for their children can be realized.

This year, the Hospital celebrates the birthdays that have been reached, and the wishes granted. But our wish is that you’ll help make more birthday wishes come true.

Please join me by participating in the 2013 KTAR Give-A-Thon benefiting Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Donate today, or listen in to News-Talk 92.3 KTAR and Arizona Sports 620 on September 24 and 25. You’re sure to be inspired by our patients’ stories of courage, hope and strength.

Or, in honor of the Hospital’s 30th birthday, consider making a monthly gift of $30 or more, or a single gift of $360 or more. When you do, a cuddly teddy bear will be given to a hospitalized patient in your name, bringing a smile to the child’s face when there may be nothing else to smile about. Help us celebrate the Hospital’s birthday by giving this special gift to a courageous child.

My sincere thanks for your support of Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Your gift today will help us give a child another birthday tomorrow.
